You may order directly via our website by adding to cart the item you would like to purchase and check out.
Q. What is your mode of payment?
We accept payment via Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Bank Transfer, ibanking, PayPal, DBSPayLah & DBS PayNow.
Q. The apparels you are selling, are they originally manufactured by you or you are only a reseller?
All of Moda Assez apparels are uniquely manufactured by us unless otherwise stated, our apparels comes with our own in-house label. We do not supply to other sellers nor do we do any drop-ship as of now. Our designs are uniquely created by us, yours truly! #supportoriginallabels #supportlocals
Q. How long does it take for my order to reach me?
All products are pre-order unless otherwise stated as ready stock. It will take approximately 2.5 - 3 weeks to reach us. We seek your understanding to purchase only if you are comfortable with the waiting time.
Q. Why don't you bring in ready stocks more frequently? Every-time I tried to purchase it will tend to get sold out very fast.
Our apparels are mostly made to orders, we want to ensure that we are able to cater to a wider range and size. However, we do bring in ready stocks too quite frequently and first come first serve basis.
Q. Why does it take so long to reach me?
Before you make your purchase, we have already highlighted on the waiting time.
Q. How can I trust Moda Assez do not scam?
Moda Assez has been well established since April 2011. There are hundreds and thousands of customers who have purchased from us. Simply do not purchase if you do not trust as it is important to have the mutual trust between us to deliver your order smoothly.
Q. Am I able to make any reservations without any payment / deposit first?
Unfortunately, under many circumstances that occurred, we neither do any reservation nor paying for customers orders first for pre-order. All payment must be made for us to process your order.
Q. I do not own any local banks like POSB / DBS for Bank transfer payment, are there any other ways that I could make the payment?
We accept Paypal and cards payment too.
Q. I have already made payment via bank transfer and update accordingly via whatsapp/email as per required with the payment proof, but up till now I have yet to receive any update or acknowledgement. Can you assist?
Kindly allow 24-48 hours for us to acknowledge all payment, please do not spam as we will reply accordingly in sequence based on the earliest till latest messages/emails.
Q. May I know if your apparel material stretchable?
Due to the nature of fabric and variety of design, all our apparels is non stretchable and best to give allowance of 2-3cm +/- upon purchasing.
Q. Is the fabric rough, thick and hot?
All our fabrics and material use is lightweight, airy and comfortable material. Material varies from semi sutra, satin, satin polyester and batik halus.
Q. I accidentally bought the wrong size, it can't fit me. Am I able to do an exchange or refund for it?
Kindly be informed that we do not provide any exchange/refund policy should the size doesn't fit you. Do refer to the measurement/sizing chart for your reference before proceeding to purchase.
Q. I bought wrong size, I still insist for a refund or exchange although I have noted on your policy.
We truly apologize for the inconvenience caused, however upon proceeding with your order we have stated all the necessary information and measurement for your kind reference thus no exchange or refund is allowed. Do take note that all our apparels are non stretchable. Especially for kids size, based on our experienced, kindly follow accurately on the size measurement instead of following (eg size 4y for 4 years old) the kids age to proceed with your order as all kids body build is different, some might be tall, some might be short and exatera.

Q. I tried to add items to cart for purchase but it stated 'SOLD OUT'. May I know why is that so since the item I chose is under pre-order category?
If the item you selected is under pre-order and it prompted SOLD OUT, it means all slots is fully taken.
Q. I recently bought an apparel from your website, why is the color doesn't seems to tally from the photo provided through your website?
Do allow slight differences from actual product due to lighting and editing.
Q. Do you ship to other countries besides Singapore?
Yes, we ship worldwide however shipping cost will be paid fully by buyers. Kindly select accordingly which country you would prefer the package to be ship and the system will automatically reflect the shipping cost upon checkout. If the country you selected is not available, you may reach us at email@example.com for more info.
Q. Do you have a physical store?
We do not have a physical store and operating via online only.
Q. Do you do meetups?
We strictly do not do any meetup for now. By postage or courier only.
Q. I accidently provide the wrong/incomplete address upon check out, can you assist?

Q. Why you no longer provide postage option for Normal mail & Smartpac by Singapore Post provider?
W.E.F end of 2018 we no longer provide this postage method to reduce the risk of lost parcels and delay. Over the years, our customers feedback made us ceased this postage method without further ado.
Q. How do I check for any updates pertaining to my order?
If your order falls under backorder/preorder, we usually will do a mass update on our instagram @modaassez for product arrival status or you may dm us on instagram or email us firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number for us to check. (eg. order no. #MA1234)
Once your order is ready or has been ship out, you will receive an email notification to inform that your order is on the way!
Q. Do you cater to plus size?
Yes, good news! We do cater to plus size till 6XL. Happy shopping love!
Q. Do you cater to Boys & Men?
Yes we do, however it will be seasonal basis.
